Born and raised in Austria, Ricarda Olander brings a truly global perspective to Christie's. Fluent in multiple languages and deeply connected across Europe and the U.S., she leverages an unparalleled international network cultivated through her work with world-renowned brands like Red Bull and Audi, as well as through personal and professional ties that bridge the worlds of fashion, sports, and global business. With over 20 years of experience in equity trading, he is a highly-skilled negotiator who understands the importance of flexibility and the ability to adapt in an ever-changing market. His widespread network has proven fundamental while navigating the competitive Los Angeles real estate market, and gives his clients a true competitive edge.

Having grown up in a real estate family, Jonathan made his first investment at 28 years old. Committed to understanding emerging trends in the industry, he offers knowledge on market statistics that make a difference to buyers and sellers alike. He brings a solid understanding of the financial components within real estate transactions and seamlessly helps his clients evaluate each opportunity relative to the overall market.

Passionate about architecture and design, Jonathan thrives in the Los Angeles market, home to a variety of architectural styles and interior aesthetics. Married to interior designer Anne Carr, he brings a healthy obsession with emerging home design trends to his clients. Outside of work he is an avid outdoorsman — surfing, kiteboarding, mountain biking, trail running — and has competed in several Ironman triathlons, including the World Championship in Kona.
